In-Office Procedures1. Check with your insurance carrier to verify coverage and benefits for doctor fees. You will also need to verify the need for pre-certification and/or second opinion. 2. No Motrin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, aspirin or herbal products for one week prior to surgery. 3. Please arrive half an hour prior to your procedure at the 555 Mid Towne St. NE Office, fourth floor. 4. You will need someone to drive you home. You cannot drive yourself, you may need someone to stay with you for the remainder of the day. 5. After your procedure, you will be monitored in the recovery room for a period of time. 6. Call the office soon after the procedure to schedule a post-op appointment with your doctor for two to three weeks following your procedure. |
