According to Dr. Douglas VanDrie, a Grand Rapids Women’s Health physician, “We will be providing many specialized services for women in our new procedure suite including Essure tubal sterilization, ablations for abnormal bleeding, and sling procedures for incontinence. These procedures have previously been available only in the hospital setting. These options allow women to receive treatment in a relaxed environment leading to improved patient satisfaction. We have extensive referrals from other physicians.”
