
Dr. Rodman Taber, M.D.Dr. Rodman Taber is a member of the OB/GYN Specialist division of Grand Rapids Women's Health. Prior to this, he was a partner in Knollcrest OB/GYN, also in Grand Rapids. His educational background includes attending Albion College for undergraduate work along with Wayne State University in Detroit for his Masters in Microbiology and Medical School. Dr. Taber completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Grand Rapids at the Blodgett/Saint Mary's Program in 1988. Dr. Taber's areas of interest in women's health include Obstetrics, Gynecology, menopause and related health issues, minimally invasive surgery (involving laparascopic approaches to hysterectomy), alternatives to hysterectomy for control of heavy bleeding, laser surgery and management of the abnormal pap smear. Dr. Taber is a fellow of the American College Of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the American Medical Association, Kent County Medical Society, and the clinical staff of Michigan State University. He served as the Chairman of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Spectrum Health from 2006 - 2010.
